The consumer has the right to cancel the contract and replace the product provided to him from (WolfyWorks Store) within 48 hours for replacement from the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to do so after the specified period has passed.
· In order to replace the product, the product must be in good condition.
· It is required to send pictures to technical support before submitting a return request.
· Figures are not returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in the product upon receipt.
The consumer must not have used the product or obtained any benefit from it, and (WolfyWorks Store) has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.
The models are prepared after the customer’s request, in order to ensure that the product reaches the customer with high quality. Accordingly, no product can be exchanged or returned unless there is a defect in the product upon receipt.
The consumer has no right to return the product in the following cases:
· If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications they specified, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specified specifications.
· If a defect appears in the product due to misuse by the consumer.
· If scratches or any color damage appears in the models due to misuse by the consumer.

24 hours to return from the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to that product after the specified period has passed

If the provisions of the aforementioned return policy are met;
The consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product to (WolfyWorks Store) with a refund of the amount paid, but the shipping cost is not borne by the store.
In the event that you receive a damaged product, you have the right to contact (WolfyWorks Store) and submit the necessary evidence, and the cost of the product will be refunded or compensation will be made at the store’s discretion.
